Free Shipping from 75 AUD

At QuickTiles, shipping is free for all orders over 75 AUD. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. For orders under 75 AUD, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 2–5 business days

All orders are shipped securely and include a Track & Trace link for tracking your parcel.

Possible Delays

Due to high demand, shipping may be delayed by 2–3 days.
During sales events or promotions, processing times may also be slightly extended.

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during peak times.

Shipping Days

We ship only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Damaged Deliveries

Was your parcel damaged during transport?
Please contact us within 5 business days at info@thequicktiles.com and send clear photos of the damage so we can find a suitable solution.

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
