At QuickTiles, we do our best to ensure you're happy with your order.
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please make sure that the items:

Are unopened and unused

Are in their original packaging

Show no signs of damage or residue (e.g., adhesive marks, dirt)
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by QuickTiles.
How do I return an order?

Send an email to info@thequicktiles.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

You will then receive the return address and further instructions.

Pack the items securely and return the parcel with tracking.

Once we have inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible at the moment.
If you would like a different product or design, please return the item you received and place a new order through our online store at thequicktiles.com.
Non-returnable items
The following items are excluded from our return policy:

Tiles that have been used or cut

Products damaged through improper use

Items returned after the 14-day return window
Damaged or faulty items
Received a damaged or faulty product?
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@thequicktiles.com and send clear photos of the issue.
We’ll find a suitable solution for you.

During promotional periods or sales events, the processing time for returns may take longer than usual.
